Q: What made you want to create your own grooming business that goes to the home of your customers?
A: When I was younger we never brought our dog to the the groomer. She was a small dog and was timid around other dogs and people so it just didn’t seem fair to leave her at an unfamiliar place with unfamiliar people and animals. Had we been aware that there were other options we probably could have saved her from some bad at-home haircuts.
Q: Why do you think people would choose a grooming service that comes to them over the traditional salon?
A: I’m a big believer in making people and their pets have a comfortable and welcoming experience. Taking your pet to a busy and chaotic groomer where there are multiple other people and animals running can cause them unnecessary stress. Instead of the groomer having their attention divided across multiple pets my business allows them to have a more one-on-one experience with you and your pet.
