My name is Dakota and I started Dog Grooming Go. I love being around all different breeds of animals from big to small and I particularly love dogs and cats having grown up around them and spent as much time as humanly possible in their company. I decided to start Dog Grooming Go because I never quite felt comfortable leaving my dog at a grooming salon. She is a maltese mix and they are especially known for being nervous when left in unfamiliar environments. Having to try to clip her nails and cut her hair at home really got me thinking that there has to be a better option. Something that would work better for both the groomers and customers. After all it is much more difficult to work on an animal that is scared than one that is comfortable. Overall my first priority is the comfort of the animals in my care and their owners. I strive to create an atmosphere that makes everyone involved feel at ease so that you and your pet can have a great experience.
